Meet the Member
Marie is the Senior Rehab Coordinator & Performance Scientist for the San Jose Earthquakes. She started with the club in 2023. Prior to her current role, Marie was the physical therapist for the US Women's National Soccer Team and at Stanford University with the Department of Athletics. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and went on to complete a sports physical therapy residency at Texas Health Sports Medicine and Texas Christian University working with football and women's soccer. She is a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist, Certified Performance and Sport Scientist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. In her current role she integrates technology and sports science into rehabs both in the training room and on-field while collaborating with the medical and performance team on injury prevention, fatigue monitoring, and return to play decisions.
