Meet the Member
Judy Seto is the Head of Rehabilitation for the Los Angeles Football Club and has more than 30 years of experience working in elite sports performance and rehabilitation. She has worked with collegiate, Olympic, and professional athletes across multiple sports and other high performance organizations. Prior to joining LAFC, Judy served as the Director of Sports Performance with the Los Angeles Lakers.
A Los Angeles native, Judy studied kinesiology and psychology at University of California, Los Angeles before earning her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Stanford University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University. She also completed an Executive MBA at Troy University and a Master’s degree in High Performance Sport from Australian Catholic University. Judy is a board-certified Sports and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who remains passionate about helping athletes perform, recover, and return to competition at the highest level.
